CHAPTER 11. TAXATION.

ARTICLE 13R. STRATEGIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT TAX CREDIT.

§11-13R-1. Short title.

This article may be cited as the "West Virginia Strategic Research and Development Tax Credit Act".
