CHAPTER 13. PUBLIC BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.

ARTICLE 2C. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND ACT.

§13-2C-1. Short title.

This article may be known as and may be cited as the "Industrial Development and Commercial Development Bond Act."
