CHAPTER 22A. MINERS' HEALTH, SAFETY AND TRAINING.

ARTICLE 7. BOARD OF MINER TRAINING, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION.

§22A-7-1. Short title.

This article shall be cited as the West Virginia Miner Training, Education and Certification Act.
