West Virginia Code Section 29-22B-306

ARTICLE 22B. LIMITED VIDEO LOTTERY.

"Commission" or "state Lottery Commission" means the West Virginia Lottery Commission created by article 22 of this chapter.

§29-22B-306. Commission or state Lottery Commission defined.
