CHAPTER 30. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS.

ARTICLE 18. PRIVATE INVESTIGATIVE AND SECURITY SERVICES.

§30-18-12. Action for damages.

Any individual who is injured by a violation of this article may bring an action for recovery of damages, including punitive damages plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
