ARTICLE 12. INSURANCE PRODUCERS AND SOLICITORS.

§33-12-15. Assumed names.

An insurance producer doing business under any name other than the producer's legal name is required to notify the Insurance Commissioner prior to using the assumed name.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
