CHAPTER 33. INSURANCE.

ARTICLE 28. INDIVIDUAL ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE MINIMUM STANDARDS.

§33-28-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and cited as the "West Virginia Individual Accident and Sickness Insurance Minimum Standards Act."
