CHAPTER 60. STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.

ARTICLE 8A. MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF HARD CIDER.

§60-8A-6. Rule-making authorization.

The West Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner may propose legislative rules for legislative approval, pursuant to §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code, to implement this article.
