ARTICLE 10. WEST VIRGINIA TAX PROCEDURE AND ADMINISTRATION ACT.

§11-10-13i. Expense of levy and sale.

The Tax Commissioner shall determine the expenses to be allowed in all cases of levy and sale under this article.
