CHAPTER 11. TAXATION.

ARTICLE 13BB. WEST VIRGINIA INNOVATIVE MINE SAFETY TECHNOLOGY TAX CREDIT ACT.

§11-13BB-14. Termination.

The tax credit authorized in this article shall terminate December 31, 2025.
