ARTICLE 13OO. TAX CREDIT FOR DISASTER REPAIR AND RECOVERY EFFORT EXPENDITURES.

§11-13PP-8. Rulemaking.

The Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection and the Tax Commissioner shall propose legislative rules including emergency legislative rules for promulgation to implement the provisions of this article in accordance with §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code.
