CHAPTER 12. PUBLIC MONEYS AND SECURITIES.

ARTICLE 1B. WEST VIRGINIA SECURITY FOR PUBLIC DEPOSITS ACT.

§12-1B-1. Short title.

This article shall be known, and may be cited as, the West Virginia Security for Public Deposits Act.
