CHAPTER 13. PUBLIC BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.

ARTICLE 2E. REVENUE BOND REFUNDING ACT.

§13-2E-12. Tax exemption; exceptions.

The refunding bonds and the income therefrom shall be exempt from taxation, except inheritance, estate and transfer taxes.
