CHAPTER 16. PUBLIC HEALTH.

ARTICLE 1. STATE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM.

§16-1-14. Training of employees.

The commissioner may provide technical and specialized instruction for employees of the bureau.

The commissioner may pay out of federal funds and such state funds as are available to match such federal funds, any required tuition or enrollment fees.

§16-1-14. Training of employees.

Next§16-1-15. Investigations and hearings; power to administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, etc.; use of information and material acquired.
