§16-68-17. Disciplinary action; grounds and penalties.

(a) The commissioner may suspend, revoke or refuse to issue a license in circumstances that have endangered or are likely to endanger the health, welfare or safety of the public.

(b) The commissioner shall develop procedures for denying, suspending, revoking, reinstating or limiting the practice of a licensee pursuant to §16-68-24 of this code.
