§16-68-20. Exception to licensure and certification; state-employed rehabilitation counselors.

Nothing in this article shall apply to individuals who are, on July 1, 2027, employed by a state agency as a rehabilitation counselor who are acting in the capacity of an alcohol and drug counselor.
