CHAPTER 17. ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.

ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS.

§17-1-20."Local authorities."

"Local authorities" shall mean and include representatives of political subdivisions of the state, duly elected or appointed to administer the laws and ordinances of the state.
