CHAPTER 17B. MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER'S LICENSES.

ARTICLE 4. VIOLATION OF LICENSE PROVISIONS.

§17B-4-2. False affidavits.

Any person who makes any false affidavit, or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter or thing required by the terms of this chapter to be sworn to or affirmed, is guilty of perjury and upon conviction shall be punished by fine or imprisonment as other persons committing perjury are punishable.

§17B-4-2. False affidavits.

Next§17B-4-3. Driving while license suspended or revoked; driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs, or while having alcoholic concentration in the blood of eight hundredths of one percent or more, by weight, or for refusing to take secondary chemical test of blood alcohol contents.
