CHAPTER 17B. MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER'S LICENSES.

ARTICLE 4. VIOLATION OF LICENSE PROVISIONS.

§17B-4-5. Employing unlicensed chauffeur.

No person shall employ as a chauffeur of a motor vehicle any person not then licensed as provided in this chapter.
