CHAPTER 17C. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND LAWS OF THE ROAD.

ARTICLE 1. WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED.

§17C-1-23. Streetcar.

"Streetcar" means a car other than a railroad train for transporting persons or property and operated upon rails principally within a municipality.
