CHAPTER 17C. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AND LAWS OF THE ROAD.

ARTICLE 1. WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED.

§17C-1-33. Police officer.

"Police officer" means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.
