CHAPTER 19. AGRICULTURE.

ARTICLE 1B. SEDIMENT CONTROL DURING COMMERCIAL TIMBER HARVESTING OPERATIONS.

§19-1B-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and cited as the "Logging Sediment Control Act."
