CHAPTER 22. ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES.

ARTICLE 3. SURFACE COAL MINING AND RECLAMATION ACT.

§22-3-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and cited as the Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Act.
