ARTICLE 32. THE WEST VIRGINIA WIND AND SOLAR ENERGY FACILITY RECLAMATION ACT.

§22-32-2. Short title.

This article shall be known and cited as The West Virginia Wind and Solar Energy Facility Reclamation Act.
