CHAPTER 24B. GAS PIPELINE SAFETY.

ARTICLE 3. DUTIES OF PIPELINE COMPANIES.

§24B-3-1. In general.

Every pipeline company shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and of all valid regulations and orders issued by the commission.
