CHAPTER 29. MISCELLANEOUS BOARDS AND OFFICERS.

§29-1E-9. Severability clause.

If for any reason any section or provision of this article shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this article.
