CHAPTER 30. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS.

ARTICLE 1B. PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR SPOUSES.

§30-1B-8. Applicability.

The provisions of this article do not apply to the boards referred to in this chapter whose license, certification, or registration requirements are subject to the provisions of article twenty-four of this chapter.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
If you type multiple words without quotes or +/- symbols, the search will look for all results containing any of the words
