CHAPTER 31. CORPORATIONS.

ARTICLE 4D. UNIFORM ACT FOR SIMPLIFICATION OF FIDUCIARY SECURITY TRANSFERS.

§31-4D-10. Uniformity of interpretation.

This article shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
