ARTICLE 4D. UNIFORM ACT FOR SIMPLIFICATION OF FIDUCIARY SECURITY TRANSFERS.

§31-4D-11. Short title.

This article may be cited as the Uniform Act for Simplification of Fiduciary Security Transfers.
