§31B-14-603. Restriction on entity transaction involving protected series.

A series limited liability company may not:

(1) Acquire, be acquired, convert, or be converted; or

(2) Except as otherwise provided in §31B-14-604 of this code, be a party to or the surviving company of a merger.
