ARTICLE 23. FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES.

§33-23-2a. Applicability of insurance fraud prevention act.

Notwithstanding any provision of this code to the contrary, article forty-one of this chapter is applicable to fraternal benefit societies.
