CHAPTER 36B. UNIFORM COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT.

ARTICLE 3. MANAGEMENT OF THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY.

§36B-3-118. Association records.

The association shall keep financial records sufficiently detailed to enable the association to comply with section 4-109. All financial and other records must be made reasonably available for examination by any unit owner and his authorized agents.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
