CHAPTER 44. ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES AND TRUSTS.

ARTICLE 15. VETERANS’ GUARDIANSHIP AND COMMITMENT.

§44-15-11. Investment of funds.

Every guardian shall invest the funds of the estate in such manner or in such securities, in which the guardian has no interest, as allowed by law or approved by the court.
