CHAPTER 44. ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES AND TRUSTS.

ARTICLE 15. VETERANS’ GUARDIANSHIP AND COMMITMENT.

§44-15-6. Notice.

Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian or committee under the provisions of this article, the court shall cause such notice to be given as provided by law.
