ARTICLE 16. WEST VIRGINIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES INSURANCE ACT.

§5-16-32. Effective date of amendments.

The amendments made to this article during the regular session of the Legislature, 2023, shall be incorporated into the plan beginning with plan year 2024.
