ARTICLE 22A. DESIGN-BUILD PROCUREMENT ACT.
§5-22A-16. Severability.
The provisions of subsection (cc), section ten, article two, chapter two of this code shall apply to the provisions of this chapter to the same extent as if the same were set forth in extension herein.
