CHAPTER 51. COURTS AND THEIR OFFICERS.

ARTICLE 1A. UNIFORM CERTIFICATION OF QUESTIONS OF LAW ACT.

§51-1A-12. Construction.

This article shall be construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those jurisdictions which enact it.
