CHAPTER 56. PLEADING AND PRACTICE.

ARTICLE 3. WRITS, PROCESS AND ORDER OF PUBLICATION.

§56-3-32. Process is part of record without oyer.

The writ or process commencing any action at law or suit in equity shall be a part of the record, without oyer thereof.
