CHAPTER 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING OFFICERS.

ARTICLE 2. OFFICIAL AND OTHER BONDS.

§6-2-8. Bond of clerk of Supreme Court of Appeals.

The clerk of the Supreme Court of Appeals shall give bond, to be approved by said court, in a penalty of not less than $3,000 nor more than $10,000, as the court shall prescribe.
