CHAPTER 60. STATE CONTROL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS.

ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

§60-2-3. Term of office; vacancy.

The commissioner shall be appointed for a term of four years and any appointment to fill a vacancy shall be for the unexpired term.
