ARTICLE 11. GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING CRIMES.

The commission of a felony shall not stay or merge any civil remedy.

§61-11-5. No merger of civil remedy by commission of felony.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
