CHAPTER 62. CRIMINAL PROCEDURE.

ARTICLE 15. DRUG OFFENDER ACCOUNTABILITY AND TREATMENT ACT.

§62-15-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "West Virginia Drug Offender Accountability and Treatment Act".
