CHAPTER 8. MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS.

ARTICLE 33. INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS -- BUILDING COMMISSIONS.

§8-33-2. Commissions are public corporations.

Each commission, when created, shall be a public corporation and shall have perpetual existence.
