§11-10A-3. Office of tax appeals created.

There is hereby created the West Virginia office of tax appeals, a quasi-judicial agency which, for administrative purposes only, is in the Department of Tax and Revenue.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
