§11-13FF-5. Legislative rules.

The Tax Commissioner shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this article.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
