ARTICLE 1. SHORT TITLE.

§16A-1-1. Short title.

This chapter is in honor of James William “Bill” Flanigan and Lucile Gillespie and shall be known and cited as the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Act.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
