Email: Chapter 17, Article 29, Section 2

§17-29-2. Not other carriers.

Transportation network companies or transportation network company drivers are not common carriers by motor vehicle or contract carriers by motor vehicle, or motor carriers, as defined in section two, article one, chapter twenty-four-a of this code, nor do they provide taxicab or for-hire vehicle services.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
If you type multiple words without quotes or +/- symbols, the search will look for all results containing any of the words
