Email: Chapter 18, Article 11C, Section 7

§18-11C-7. No waiver of sovereign immunity.

Nothing contained in this article shall be deemed or construed to waive or abrogate in any way the sovereign immunity of the state or to deprive the board, the university or any officer or employee thereof of sovereign immunity.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
