§18-7A-1. Establishment of retirement system.

A retirement system to be known as the "state Teachers Retirement System" is hereby established for the purpose of providing retirement allowances for the teachers of West Virginia.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
