§18B-17-6. Authorizing rules of Higher Education Policy Commission.

(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the August 25, 2003, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (higher education adult part-time student grant program -- HEAPS -- rule), is authorized.

(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the October 22, 2003, relating to the Higher Education Policy Commission (purchasing efficiencies rule), is authorized.

Searches are case insensitive.
